One of the things we love about what we do is the wide range of problems our many and varied clients bring to us seeking solutions. We regard these as fantastic puzzles. There are always solutions, it’s just a matter of figuring out the best way to meet each client’s needs.
This project is a classic case in point. Check out the ‘Before’ photo. This was the state of the client’s backyard. Our client approached us with a two-pronged issue. They needed the driveway resurfaced, but they also wanted to convert the backyard space into something more private, low maintenance and usable.
Our approach to the issue took several forms. In addition to resurfacing the driveway, we also used a combination of stone, pavers and artificial turf to help create the kind of backyard environment our clients were looking for, adding in a new privacy fence for a bit of seclusion and re-paving the walkway to boot.
The use of artificial turf gave them the low-maintenance outdoor space they were looking for, and the inclusion of pavers gave them some additional parking, which they valued highly. The work on the walkway wasn’t absolutely essential, strictly speaking, but helped to create a unified aesthetic that tied the whole project together, and the results were absolutely thrilling to our client!
That’s the part we like best of all. Working with our clients to understand and capture their vision, then setting about the work to turn that vision into a reality they can enjoy and share with friends and family.

They did a retaining wall. It's perfect. They showed up when they said they were going to and finished the job up nicely. I hadn't worked with them before...I have some jobs in the works, and I plan on reusing them...I would call on them again...
